A fast-paced, confidence-building weekend built around elite coaching, a combine spotlight, and a stadium-style game day where every athlete gets introduced like a big-time player.

DAY 1

Team Identity + Competitive Start (12:00–5:00)

12:00–1:00 Arrival + Team Welcome

Check-in, meet coaches and teammates, event kickoff

1:00–2:00 Team Practice

Install core concepts and positional roles

2:15–3:00 Combine Testing

Athletic benchmarks + verified results

3:00–4:15 Skill Development Session

Tactical review + competitive reps

4:15–5:00 Team Challenge

Skill Growth + Showcase Competition (9:00–4:30)

9:00–10:15 Warm-Up + Skill Stations

Game Day + Awards (Grade-Based Game Blocks)

Each group follows the same big-stage flow: check-in → media → warm-up → anthem + introductions → All State Game → awards
