A high-energy weekend with positional training, combine testing, Queen of the Court, and a match-day experience with media + introductions that makes athletes feel like they're part of something bigger.

DAY 1

Position Labs + Competitive Edge (12:00–5:00)

12:00–1:00 Arrival + Team Welcome

Check-in, meet coaches/teammates, kickoff

1:00–2:15 Positional Training Labs

Targeted coaching by role (pin, setter, libero/DS, middle)

2:30–3:30 Combine Testing

Athletic + volleyball-specific benchmarks

3:30–4:30 Team Training

System reps, communication, chemistry

4:30–5:00 Queen of the Court Showdown

Fast, fun competition to close day one strong

DAY 2

Skill Growth + Championship Showcase (9:00–4:30)

9:00–10:45 Warm-Up + Team Practice

Skill stations → team reps

10:45–12:00 Open Challenge + Guest Talk

Competitive session + meaningful message

12:00–1:00 Lunch + Reset

1:00–3:15 Skills Showcase Championships

Match Day + Closing Ceremonies (Grade-Based Match Blocks)

Each group follows the same big-stage flow: check-in → media → warm-up → anthem + introductions → All State Match → closing
