Coach Jared Carkuff Announced as Talent Scout for 2026 All State Game

Jared Carkuff, a seasoned football strategist, is entering his third year as the head coach at Cascade High School, a position where he has made significant strides. This Bell Buckle, Tennessee native is poised to make an even greater impact as he takes on the role of Talent Scout for ASG Tennessee Football. A former professional athlete, Carkuff's credentials are as impressive as his track record. After playing baseball at Austin Peay State University, he was drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays and later traded to the San Diego Padres. Transitioning from player to coach, he honed his coaching skills at Hickman County High School before making his mark at Collins Hill High School. There, he contributed to a 7A State Runner-Up finish and a crowning achievement with the 2021 State Championship. His experience with elite offenses and developing top-tier talent, including Travis Hunter, the nation’s top-ranked player, underscores his unique ability to spot and nurture young athletes.
