Coach Daniel Laikona Announced as Talent Scout for 2026 All State Game

Daniel Laikona is establishing a formidable presence in the Arizona volleyball scene, now stepping into the role of Talent Scout for the ASG Arizona Girls Volleyball. With experience spanning high school and club volleyball, Laikona is known for his ability to craft competitive and disciplined teams. Originally hailing from Hawaii, his coaching philosophy is deeply rooted in the values of ohana, respect, and accountability. These principles have been integral to his success as a volleyball coach at Phoenix College, where he has created a program noted for its team-oriented ethos and strong character development.
