Coach Donielle Rowell (duff) Announced as Talent Scout for 2026 All State Game

Stepping back into the volleyball spotlight, Coach Donielle Rowell (Duff) is set to make waves as a Talent Scout for the ASG Texas Girls Volleyball event in 2026. With over 15 years of coaching experience, Rowell (Duff) brings a wealth of knowledge and passion that is hard to match. Her journey includes tenures as head coach at Andrew College, a JUCO D1 program in Cuthbert, GA, and an assistant coach at Randolph College, D3, Lynchburg, VA. These roles have equipped her with the insights and skills needed to excel in her new position, seeking out the next generation of volleyball talent.

Aside from her collegiate coaching accolades, Rowell (Duff) has also competed as a scholarship track and field athlete at Liberty University, a D1 institution. Her athletic background gives her a unique perspective on identifying and nurturing young talent. As she steps into her role as a Talent Scout, Coach Rowell (Duff) will focus on identifying deserving athletes in the 6th, 7th, and 8th grades, prioritizing skill and character over geography or financial means. "It's about giving every athlete a fair chance to shine, no matter where they come from," Rowell (Duff) said.

Beyond her collegiate achievements, Rowell (Duff) is the proud owner and trainer at Coach Dee's Volley Zone, a personal training and recruiting business. Her work involves venturing into middle and high schools to train athletes during the off-season, further cementing her dedication to developing young talent. After a hiatus due to a car accident, she relocated to Lillian, AL, ready to make a significant impact once again.

The role of Talent Scout allows Coach Rowell (Duff) to leverage her extensive experience to ensure that underrepresented athletes get the recognition they deserve. By being a part of a selection committee, she aims to build connections with other top coaches within the Texas volleyball network, ensuring that the stage at the All State Game is reserved for truly deserving young athletes. Her commitment to cutting through the hype and focusing on genuine skill is set to put Texas volleyball talent on the map, one deserving athlete at a time.
