Coach Donielle Rowell (duff) Announced as Talent Scout for 2026 All State Game

Donielle Rowell (Duff) returns for her second year as a coach at the prestigious All State Game, bringing with her an impressive 15+ years of coaching experience across various levels from kindergarten to college. Most notably, Coach Rowell (Duff) previously helmed the volleyball program at Andrew College, a JUCO Division I institution in Cuthbert, Georgia, and served as an assistant coach at Randolph College, Division III, in Lynchburg, Virginia. Her multifaceted career, coupled with her own background as a scholarship track and field athlete at Liberty University, speaks volumes of her deep-rooted commitment to youth sports.

As the new Talent Scout for the ASG Georgia Girls Volleyball, Rowell (Duff) is set to make a significant impact on the volleyball community in Georgia. Her role will involve identifying and nominating exceptional young athletes in grades 6 through 8, ensuring that talent does not go unnoticed, especially for those in small towns or underfunded programs. "I am ready to get back into helping youth with their love of volleyball," she shared, reflecting her eagerness to return to the sport after a brief hiatus due to a car accident.

Coach Rowell (Duff) is not just a validator of talent but a gatekeeper of the sport's integrity. By cutting through the hype, she aims to recognize athletes who truly deserve a spot on the All State Game stage. Beyond her scouting responsibilities, Rowell (Duff) is the owner, coach, and trainer at Coach Dee's Volley Zone, a personal training and recruiting business. Her move to Lillian, AL, this past summer marks a new chapter, but her unwavering passion and dedication to volleyball remain unchanged. As she embarks on this journey, Coach Rowell (Duff) is poised to leave an indelible mark on the next generation of volleyball stars.
