Coach Donielle Rowell (duff) Announced as Talent Scout for 2026 All State Game

Donielle Rowell (duff) returns to the All State Game for her second year as a coach, bringing over 15 years of extensive coaching experience. As a former head coach at Andrew College, a JUCO D1 institution in Cuthbert, GA, and an assistant coach at Randolph College in Lynchburg, VA, Rowell (duff) has showcased her ability to lead at various competitive levels. Her journey as an athlete began as a scholarship track and field athlete at Liberty University, a D1 school, where she honed the skills and values she now instills in her players.

This year, Coach Rowell (duff) takes on a pivotal role as a Talent Scout for the ASG Texas Girls Basketball event in Dallas, TX. She will be instrumental in identifying and nominating young athletes, specifically from the 6th to 8th grades, who demonstrate exceptional prowess and character. The role is critical in ensuring that talent from small towns or underfunded programs doesn't go unnoticed. "Good, better, best never let it rest; till your good is better and your better is best!" said Coach Rowell (duff), reflecting her commitment to excellence.

Having coached at every level from kindergarten to college, Rowell (duff) is no stranger to the diverse challenges of developing young talent. As the owner and coach at Coach Dee's Volley Zone, she offers personal training and recruitment services, dedicating her time to training middle and high school athletes during the off-season. Her recent move to Lillian, AL, after recovering from a car accident, marks a new chapter where she is eager to return to her passion—helping youth develop their love for volleyball.

As part of the selection committee for the All State Game, Rowell (duff) aims to cut through the hype and find athletes who truly belong on this prestigious stage. Her approach, focusing on technical skill mastery combined with life lessons in discipline, teamwork, and resilience, ensures that athletes not only excel in their sports but also carry these values into their daily lives.
