Coach Britni Ross Announced as Talent Scout for 2026 All State Game

Coach Ross brings over a decade of experience in volleyball coaching, captivating both middle and high school athletes in Somerset, Wisconsin. For the past 12 years, she has been instrumental in shaping young athletes at various grade levels, from 7th to high school. Her dedication goes beyond coaching, as she co-founded the Saint Croix Valley Galaxy, a club program that has thrived for the past two years. This initiative has given countless athletes the chance to develop their skills in a competitive environment.

During the summer, Britni Ross takes her passion further by overseeing a range of clinics. These sessions cater to athletes as young as elementary age, focusing on the fundamentals, while also providing advanced, skills-based training for elite players. Her goal is not just to enhance athletic prowess but to instill the mental and emotional fortitude necessary for excelling in the sport. As Coach Ross puts it, "Volleyball has always been a passion of mine, but the great joy I get is watching athletes learn the mental and emotional skills they need to keep playing through all aspects of the game."

Now, stepping into her role as a Talent Scout for ASG Wisconsin Volleyball, Ross will take on the crucial task of identifying and nominating exceptional young athletes from 6th to 8th grade. Her mission is clear: fight the "geography of obscurity" by ensuring that talent, not zip codes or financial standing, determines opportunity. As part of the selection committee, Ross will make sure that deserving athletes from small towns and underfunded programs get the recognition they deserve on the All State Game stage.
